EXPO 2020 Finally Open
Running through 1 Oct 2021 to 31 March 2022, Expo 2020 is a world expo currently being hosted by Dubai which was originally set last 20 October 2020 to 10 April 2021 but postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Expo site is situated near to Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai South covering 438 hectares with metro station directly connected to the area.
Expo 2020 is a universal exposition attending by millions of people to showcase their propositions through collaboration, innovation and cooperation globally. The UAE choose the themed “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future” with Opportunity, Mobility and Sustainability as subthemes. With more than 200 expected participating country, it is the first-time in history that each country have given the privilege to have their own pavilion. Each pavilion will display their own culture, projects and ideas.
