The story behind TOP NEOM

MR. ALI ALWAN Founder & CEO

I grew up watching Dubai become what it is today, from a city full of ambition into one of the world's most influential real estate destinations.

Being born and raised in the UAE gave me a front-row perspective on this transformation. I witnessed the growth, the opportunities it created, and the way Dubai continued to attract people from all over the world.

That connection to the city and its real estate market became the foundation for TOP NEOM, a company built on local knowledge, strong relationships and a long-term vision.

My goal is simple: to create a real estate company people can trust, while delivering a professional, transparent and personal experience at every stage of their property journey.

To make buying, selling, renting and investing in Dubai clear and trustworthy, with advice clients can actually act on.
