What we collect

When you send an enquiry

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, what you are interested in (buying, selling, renting, off-plan or mortgage) and your message. We also record which page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an advertisement or a tagged link, which campaign brought you here.

When you apply for a job

The application form on our Careers page asks for your name, email address, phone number, the role you are applying for, a short message and your CV.

When you contact us directly

If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we hold your phone number or email address along with whatever you choose to tell us.

Automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, which pages were requested and when. These are produced by the web server and are used for security and troubleshooting.

Please do not send bank details, passport or Emirates ID copies or any other identity documents through this website. We do not ask for them here and we do not want to receive them this way.

Why we use it

• To keep a record of what was discussed and agreed with a client
• To meet our obligations as a brokerage licensed in Dubai
• To understand which of our advertisements bring genuine enquiries

We use your details to contact you about what you asked about. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to other agencies or to developers without asking you first.

Advertising

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are run by Meta. If you reach this website by clicking one of our advertisements, Meta already holds a record of that click under its own privacy policy, independently of us.

If you fill in a form inside Facebook or Instagram rather than on this website, Meta collects your details there and passes us the name, email address and phone number you entered so that we can reply to you.

We also use the Meta Pixel on this website. It is a small piece of code that tells Meta when someone who came from one of our advertisements opens a page here or sends us an enquiry. We use it for one thing only: to see which advertisements bring genuine enquiries, so that we stop paying for the ones that do not.

The pixel records which page you were on, your browser and device type, your IP address, and whether you submitted the contact form. It does not send Meta the name, email address, phone number or message you typed into the form. It only loads if you agree to it. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, nothing is sent to Meta from this website.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. There are two other things to know:

• Measurement, only with your agreement. The first time you visit, we ask whether we may use Meta’s measurement cookie, described above. Your answer is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. If you decline, the Meta code is never loaded at all.
• The map on our Contact page is embedded from Google. When that page loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.

Change your cookie choice — this clears your answer and asks you again.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They process your data on our instructions only.

• Hostinger — hosts this website and holds the server logs.
• Zoho Mail — our company email. Enquiries reach us as email, so they pass through Zoho.
• Bitrix24 — our CRM. Enquiries are recorded there and assigned to an advisor.
• Meta Platforms — our advertising, the measurement pixel described above, and forms you fill in on Facebook or Instagram.
• Google — the embedded map on our Contact page.

We may also disclose data where we are required to by UAE law, by a regulator such as the Dubai Land Department, or by a court.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries — while we are working with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Job applications — 12 months if the application is unsuccessful, unless you ask us to keep it on file for longer.
• Records tied to a completed transaction — for as long as our licence and UAE law require us to keep them.
• Server logs — kept briefly by our host and overwritten automatically.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy of it
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• delete your data
• stop contacting you for marketing
• stop or limit how we use your data
• transfer your data to you or to someone else in a usable format

Email info@topneomre.com with “Privacy” in the subject line and we will respond within 30 days. You can stop hearing from us at any time — reply “stop” to any message, or tell the advisor you are speaking to.

If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can raise it with the UAE Data Office.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), enquiries travel to our company email encrypted, and access to our CRM is limited to staff who need it. No system is ever completely secure, but we take this seriously and review it.

Where your data is held

Our hosting, email and CRM providers may store data on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens we rely on the contractual safeguards those providers put in place.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will say so on the website.
